Philippines Carrier Pilots Complete Inaugural Mentoring Workshop Held in October 2024

Philippine Airlines’ Multiversity has celebrated the successful completion of its first Mentoring Workshop, with the inaugural cohort of PAL Express pilots leading the way. The newly trained mentors played a key role in developing the mentoring program, designed to foster enriching conversations aimed at guiding and inspiring future aviators.

This achievement marks an important milestone in PAL’s commitment to pilot development, with these mentors now equipped to help shape the next generation of pilots.
