Philippines’ CHED Chairman Visits Aviation Training and Flight School Group’s MoU Signing with 10 Higher Education Institutions

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Chairman Popoy De Vera visited Pangasinan last Jan. 22, 2023 to witness the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between WCC Aviation Company and ten (10) Philippine Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to establish the Philippine-Canada Network for Sustainability.
