Chicago, USA– Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology, one of the largest aviation education institution in the country, is seeking an EVP, Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial operations in the aviation education sector. The CFO will oversee financial reporting, forecasting, audits, cash management, and capital raising, playing a critical role in the company’s strategic growth and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance8–10 years of experience in financial management and leadershipExperience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is requiredCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferredTitle IV experience is a plusStrong management, analytical, and organizational skillsProficiency in database systems, accounting applications, and Microsoft Office

Key Duties

Direct financial reporting, forecasting, and auditsOversee budgeting, expense management, and financial planningAnalyze operations to identify areas for efficiency improvementsLead planning processes in coordination with the CEO and senior executivesEvaluate and structure acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction documentationManage investment strategies and secure capital for expansion initiatives
