Pilot Training Software Solution Developer Intuos is Seeking to Hire a Business Development Specialist to Support International Expansion

Italy – Intuos, a digital platform unifying training, operations, and fleet management for pilot training organizations is recruiting a Business Development Specialist for international aviation sales, with responsibility for developing business with flight schools, aircraft operators, CAMO organisations and maintenance providers. The hire would add commercial capacity as Intuos expands its aviation software and flight-data platform internationally following a €720,000 funding round partly allocated to U.S. market development.

As Intuos expands internationally, the company is looking for a Business Development Specialist to support its next stage of growth.

The Role

This is a full-cycle commercial role. You will identify prospects, open conversations, deliver demos, negotiate and close opportunities, while building long-term relationships with flight schools, aviation operators, CAMO and maintenance organizations worldwide.

What Intuos is Looking For:

• 2+ years in B2B sales, SaaS, or business development
• Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable engaging decision-makers
• Interest or experience in aviation, aerospace, or technology
• English C1; Italian and/or French are a strong plus
• Availability for international travel"
