Poland's Bartolini Air Selects capzlog.aero for Integrated Student Pilot Logbooks

Poland – Bartolini Air has selected Swiss aviation software provider capzlog.aero as its digital pilot logbook partner, combining student subscriptions with an application programming interface linking the platform to the academy’s training-management system. The integration is intended to reduce manual flight-time entry and improve the consistency of pilot records used for licensing, training oversight and airline recruitment.

• Bartolini Air will provide its student pilots with one year of capzlog.aero Premium access at no additional cost. The companies signed the cooperation agreement at the end of June 2026.
• A dedicated API will transfer flight information generated through Bartolini Air’s training-management system directly into each participating student’s logbook. The companies said the connection will reduce duplicate data entry and support structured records for students and instructors.
• The platform provides automated calculations for regulatory categories, electronic instructor and examiner signatures, licence and recency tracking, PDF and data exports, and imports from training, planning and operational systems.
• The Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation lists capzlog.aero as a FOCA-accepted digital logbook. FOCA states that accepted platforms must meet AMC1 FCL.050 requirements and can be submitted as digital records for licensing applications under the authority’s published procedures.
• Bartolini Air operates a fleet of over 30 training aircraft comprised of Tecnam P2008JCs, P2006Ts, P-Mentors, and CAP 10C NG.
