Poland's Noble Wings Takes First Two Evektor SportStars from Six-Aircraft Order

Poland – Polish Approved Training Organisation Noble Wings Academy has taken delivery of the first two Evektor SportStar aircraft from an order for six, beginning what the school describes as a longer-term renewal of its training fleet at Leszno–Strzyżewice Airport.

• Noble Wings founder and Head of Training Michał Skowroński said the six-aircraft order represents the first stage of a newly launched long-term fleet renewal programme.
• Noble Wings plans to use the SportStar aircraft for LAPL, PPL, VFR Night Rating, CPL, Basic Instrument Flight Module and Time Building activity, allowing the type to support multiple stages of its modular Zero-to-ATPL pathway.
• Evektor's EASA-certified SportStar RTC is a two-seat single-engine training aircraft approved for VFR day and night operations. The manufacturer identifies PPL, LAPL, night flying, single-engine CPL training and PIC time building among its principal flight-school applications.
• Evektor's current SportStar RTC specification includes Garmin G3X glass-cockpit avionics and a usable load of 255 kg, with the manufacturer publishing a range of approximately 1,300 km. The SportStar RTC received EASA type certification in 2012, while EASA approval for night operations followed in 2019.
• Noble Wings' existing published fleet includes two Aero AT-3 R100s, seven Viper SD-4s, one Tecnam P2008 and two Piper PA-38-112 Tomahawks. The academy also lists the Tecnam P2006T for multi-engine, instrument and CPL training.
• The academy also operates one ALSIM AL250 FNPT II at its Leszno simulator training centre. Noble Wings uses the device for IR/ME, IR/SE and BIR training, with the simulator providing both glass-cockpit and instrument-training capability.
• Noble Wings currently conducts training from Leszno, Wrocław and Poznań, according to the academy's website. Its main Leszno operation supports professional pilot training including CPL(A), IR/ME and MEP(L), with the multi-engine syllabus combining Tecnam P2006T flying with up to 40 hours on the ALSIM AL250.
• Poland's Civil Aviation Authority has listed Noble Wings under ATO approval PL.ATO.044, with approved activity including PPL(A), LAPL(A), CPL(A), instrument, multi-engine, instructor and night training.
