Ponte de Sor, Portugal –Sevenair Academy, one of Europe’s largest flight training organisations, is expanding its team and seeking to hire a Sales Account Manager to support its international growth. This role focuses on promoting the Academy’s training services, managing opportunities, and building strong client relationships in key regions.

Key Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell the Academy’s services to clientsDevelop and manage opportunities, providing consistent follow-upBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsConduct client visits to the Academy and its facilitiesAnalyze market trends and competitionRepresent the Academy at events and during travel within Portugal and abroad
Candidate Requirements
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in sales, negotiation, and communicationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceProficiency in CRM software (Hubspot preferred) and data-driven sales metricsStrong time management, organizational, and teamwork skillsAssertive with excellent presentation abilitiesSales and/or aviation sector experience preferred
Languages
Fluent in English (spoken and written)Proficiency in French, German, or Swedish is required
Compensation
Base salary based on role and experience, plus commission based on objectives
