Portugal – Sevenair Academy has opened applications for its Sponsored Flight Instructor Course. The programme includes full sponsorship, a guaranteed job offer, and a structured career path for aspiring instructors—supporting flight time building and long-term development within the industry.

Minimum requirements to apply:
- CPL(A); or
- PPL(A) with CPL Theory + 200H total flight time (150H PIC)
- 20H PIC cross-country VFR
- 30H SEP, incl. 5H flown in the 6 months before selection
- 300nm solo cross-country with landings at 2 different aerodromes
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate

Selection and Assessment Process:
- Initial document screening;
- In-person interview; (2nd week of 2026)
- Assessment:
- In-person Assessment
- Psychologist interview (online)
Final approval by the Head of Training and CFI Application Fee:
- Application fee of 2.000€ only payable by candidates invited to the In-person interview to confirm seat and enter final selection phase
- In the event that the candidate does not fulfil the minimum requirements set by Sevenair Academy, 1.500€ of the 2.000€ enrolment fee will be refunded. The remaining 500€ will be retained by Sevenair Academy to cover administrative and selection-related costs.
Bond Conditions
- Duration: 2 years or 1,500 flight instruction hours (whichever comes first)
- Bond value: 15.000€
- Activated only upon signing the full-time employment contract
- Early withdrawal or cause-based termination requires proportional reimbursement of the training investment
