Spain – Madrid-headquartered aviation software provider Private-Radar has introduced its new Airworthiness and Maintenance System (AMS), expanding its digital aviation management portfolio with a dedicated platform for aircraft maintenance, airworthiness oversight and technical operations. The company is showcasing the system at the European Aviation Training Summit (EATS) 2026 in Cascais, Portugal, targeting flight training organisations and other aviation operators seeking to consolidate maintenance activities and fleet management records.

  • The new AMS brings together eight principal maintenance management functions: maintenance planning, work orders, inventory, defect management, hangar occupation, technician and licence management, cost tracking, and reporting and compliance.
  • The platform is designed to provide a centralised environment for managing aircraft maintenance activities, helping operators monitor fleet status, outstanding maintenance requirements and technical records across their operations.
  • Maintenance teams can use the system to coordinate work orders, monitor aircraft defects, manage spare parts and inventory, and track the allocation of hangar space and maintenance personnel.
  • The system also incorporates technician and licence information, maintenance cost tracking and reporting functions, providing operators with tools to maintain structured records and support regulatory compliance activities.
  • For flight training organisations operating multiple aircraft and training bases, the platform is intended to improve visibility of maintenance requirements and aircraft availability while reducing the fragmentation of operational and technical information.
  • Private-Radar is presenting the new system at EATS 2026, held from November 3–5 at the Estoril Congress Centre in Cascais, Portugal. The company is offering demonstrations at booth 616 and through its website.
