Private-Radar to Showcase Flight School Management Platform at UAA 2026 in Texas, USA

Texas, USA – Flight school management software provider Private-Radar will exhibit at the University Aviation Association Annual Conference & Expo in Denton, Texas, from September 14–16, 2026, presenting its Aircraft Tracking System and Flight School Management System to collegiate aviation programs.

• The three-day UAA conference will run from September 14–16 at the Embassy Suites Conference Center in Denton, Texas, and is being hosted by Texas Woman’s University. UAA describes the event as a gathering for collegiate aviation educators, university administrators, faculty, students and industry participants.
• Private-Radar will demonstrate its Aircraft Tracking System (ATS) and Flight School Management System (FSMS), including scheduling, reporting and analytics functions and tools for monitoring student training progress.
• Private-Radar’s FSMS combines functions including flight and ground-lesson scheduling, course and student-progress records, flight records, aircraft maintenance monitoring, billing, reporting, safety management and document management. The platform also includes competency-based training and assessment functionality.
• Its Aircraft Tracking System integrates live aircraft information with the management platform, recording data including position, altitude, speed and heading while linking flights with schedules, crew, training records and maintenance information. Private-Radar states that the system can also generate alerts relating to airspace incursions, altitude and speed parameters.
• The company is also promoting AI-supported student-progress analysis. AFM previously reported that Private-Radar launched an AI Course Progress Report in July 2026 that analyses flight exercise results, competency assessments, instructor comments, evaluation records, grading trends and historical performance to generate consolidated student-training summaries.
• UAA states that its network includes almost 1,500 members representing 131 colleges and universities across the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe and Asia, making the conference a focused sales and partnership venue for suppliers targeting collegiate aviation training programs.
• AFM previously reported that Private-Radar’s platform was being used by more than 120 partner organisations in over 30 countries. The company separately reported that during 2025 its systems supported more than 70,000 users across more than 140 partner organisations in 40 countries, processing 1.2 million bookings and more than 500,000 flight hours.
