Belgium – Private-Radar, a global provider of cloud-based flight school management software, has confirmed its participation as an exhibitor at Pilot Expo 2026, scheduled for February 20–21 at SkyHall, Brussels Airport.

  • Private-Radar will showcase its all-in-one flight school management system, designed to support flight training organisations in scaling operations, maintaining compliance, and reducing administrative complexity. Key solution features include real-time student and aircraft tracking, scheduling, compliance management, and audit readiness tools.
  • In 2025, Private-Radar supported more than 70,000 users across over 140 flight training organizations in 40 countries.
  • The system processed over 1.2 million bookings and tracked more than 500,000 logged flight hours.
  • Its Aircraft Tracking System recorded over 110 million data points, supporting real-time monitoring and operational oversight.
  • Two major features were launched in 2025:Crew Information System – allows for secure distribution of operational documents, acknowledgements, and compliance tracking.Auto-Scheduling – introduces algorithm-based scheduling that automates complex flight and ground training schedules, reducing administrative workload and operational costs.
