Regional Aircraft Manufacturer Appoints New CEO and CFO Effective November 2026

France – Regional aircraft manufacturer ATR has appointed Vittorio Lorenzo Della Bella as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Patrick Bergues as Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with both executives set to take up their positions on November 1, 2026.

• Della Bella will succeed Nathalie Tarnaud Laude as CEO, while Bergues replaces Andrea Coccetti, who will move to another role within Leonardo.
• Della Bella is currently President of Leonardo Helicopters U.S. and previously served as Senior Vice President Customer Support, Services & Training at Leonardo Helicopters. In that position, he led an organisation of approximately 2,500 employees supporting more than 4,500 helicopters and 1,300 customers globally.
• His previous leadership positions also include Managing Director of NHIndustries, alongside roles covering program management, business development, customer support and international industrial cooperation.
• Bergues joins ATR from Airbus, where his latest positions included CFO of Airbus in the United States and CFO of Starlab Space. He has more than three decades of aerospace finance experience spanning aircraft financing, corporate finance, insurance, risk management, financial analysis and business control across Airbus' commercial aircraft, helicopter, defense, space and services businesses.
• The appointments come as ATR prepares to increase aircraft production. The manufacturer recorded 60 gross and 50 net aircraft orders in 2025, ending the year with a backlog exceeding 160 aircraft, while customer services generated $538 million in revenue.
