Reiser Simulation and Training and NLR Partner to Provide H225M Caracal Helicopter Training Media for the RNLAF
Netherlands – Reiser Simulation and Training GmbH and the Royal NLR – Netherlands Aerospace Centre have announced a strategic partnership to develop and deliver high-fidelity H225M Caracal helicopter tactical training devices for the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF), with Reiser serving as the prime contractor. The collaboration combines Reiser’s expertise in advanced helicopter simulation with NLR’s capabilities in mission-level synthetic environments.
-
The agreement focuses on developing tactical training media tailored to the operational requirements of the RNLAF’s future H225M Caracal fleet, supporting both aircrew and ground-crew training needs.
-
The training solution is expected to feature fully networked, immersive simulation systems, enhancing mission-readiness through realistic tactical scenarios and interoperable training environments.
-
Sustainment and long-term support activities will increasingly be conducted within the Netherlands, ensuring local engineering involvement, operational continuity, and national oversight throughout the lifecycle of the training systems.
