Republic Airways’ LIFT Academy Embeds PlaneEnglish in Pilot Training

Indiana, USA – LIFT Academy, the Indianapolis-headquartered ab-initio flight training group and subsidiary of Republic Airways, has integrated PlaneEnglish into its core curriculum, embedding AI-powered aviation communication training from the first week of student instruction.

• PlaneEnglish, an AI-driven ATC communication training platform, is now built directly into LIFT’s structured training pathway. Students begin using the tool in their first week, complementing classroom instruction on Air Traffic Control (ATC) procedures.

• The platform enables:

  • Scenario-based radio communication practice

  • Real-time phraseology feedback

  • Repetition-based learning outside scheduled flight blocks

• The tool is also used by the U.S. Air Force and aviation training organizations globally, aligning LIFT students with professional-grade communication standards.
