March 13, 2026

United Kingdom & Saudi Arabia – Riyadh Air, Saudi Arabia's new Riyadh based flag carrier, is launching its first-ever international pilot recruitment roadshow, with inaugural stops in London Gatwick on 3 April 2026 and Manchester on 5 April 2026, as the airline accelerates its drive to build a world-class pilot workforce ahead of commercial operations.

  • The roadshow marks Riyadh Air's debut direct engagement with the UK pilot community, with two sessions per city running from 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00, offering pilots the opportunity to meet the airline's crew acquisition team in person.
  • Sessions will cover pay and benefits, life in Riyadh, the airline's growth vision for Saudi aviation under Vision 2030, and what it means to join a fast-growing start-up airline at an early stage of its development.
  • Partners and families are also welcomed to attend, with Riyadh Air actively promoting the Riyadh lifestyle and the broader transformation underway across the Kingdom as part of its recruitment proposition.
  • Following the UK dates, Riyadh Air has signalled upcoming pilot roadshow events in Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, and Singapore, indicating a broad international pilot sourcing strategy across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific markets.
