Global – helicopter manufacturer Bell Textron has reported that the Bell Training Academy has surpassed 240,000 cumulative flight hours after training more than 2,000 pilots during 2025.

In 2025, Bell Training Academy provided instruction to more than 2,000 pilots, while its former military pilot instructors logged 2,600 flight hours in academy-owned aircraft.
Bell said it has now trained 140,000 pilots worldwide and accumulated more than 240,000 flight hours throughout the academy’s operating history.
Bell’s training network includes company facilities in Fort Worth, Texas; Valencia, Spain; and Singapore. The Fort Worth and Valencia locations provide pilot training, while the Singapore facility primarily supports regional maintenance training.
Bell’s current pilot training catalogue covers the Bell 206, Bell 505, Bell 407, Bell 429, Bell 412 and Bell Huey II. Pilot instruction at the Valencia academy is limited to simulator-based Bell 429 training.
Training programmes combine classroom instruction, three-dimensional courseware, flight simulation, aircraft-based training, maintenance instruction and full-touchdown autorotation exercises.
