Jordan – Royal Jordanian Air Academy (RJAA) has appointed Captain Suhail Jamal Raji Haddad as Corporate Quality Manager, effective September 2026.

  • Haddad will oversee the development and implementation of RJAA's institutional quality systems, including:
    • Monitoring key performance indicators.
    • Managing continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Supporting maintenance of relevant accreditations and certifications.
    • Developing quality systems and procedures across academic, administrative and operational functions.
    • Supporting compliance and organisational performance activities.
  • Haddad brings experience across quality management, organisational performance, systems and procedure development, and the implementation of quality assurance and compliance standards.

About Royal Jordanian Air Academy
Royal Jordanian Air Academy is an aviation training organisation based at Amman Civil Airport and established in 1966. Its training portfolio includes integrated ATPL, PPL, flight instructor, aircraft maintenance and flight dispatcher training, with the integrated ATPL pathway designed to take candidates from no previous flight experience to CPL, multi-engine, instrument and MCC qualifications in approximately 16 months. RJAA has trained more than 4,000 pilot graduates and more than 5,000 aircraft maintenance graduates from over 50 nationalities.
