Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh Air is Seeking to Hire a Training Manager for A321 Fleet in 2025

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Riyadh Air, the new national airline of Saudi Arabia, is seeking to hire a Training Manager to lead the A321 NEO fleet training programs. This critical role within the Flight Operations department focuses on developing and managing training, assessment, and examination processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee flight crew training programs for the A321 NEO fleet
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Conduct assessments and examinations for flight crew members
• Operate on the line as required

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a commercial pilot, including significant experience on A320 family aircraft
• At least 5+ years of instructor and examiner experience in an airline operations environment
• Valid ICAO ATPL and unrestricted Class One medical certificate
• ICAO English Level 5 or higher certification
• Minimum of 150 hours in command within the last 12 months
• Must be below 59 years of age
