India – Simaero CEO Nicolas Moute has told Indian media that the company's plans to expand its Gurugram-based simulator training facility to four to six full flight simulators installed by 2029 and establish at least one satellite training centre elsewhere in India.

  • Simaero recently installed its first brand new Airbus A320neo simulator at its Gurugram training facility and expects to add one or two more simulators in the near term, potentially including a Boeing or ATR regional aircraft device, based on customer demand.
  • The company also plans to develop local engineering talent in simulator engineering and technology services, including simulator upgrades, software integration, visual system enhancements, server replacements, and simulator relocations, with Indian engineers trained by experienced teams from France, South Africa, and other global centres.
  • Simaero globally owns and operates 21 simulators, serving more than 300 clients across 80 countries from training centres in France, South Africa, and now India.
