France – Simaero, a Paris-headquartered global pilot training group operating five full flight simulator training centers across France, South Africa, China, and India, is seeking to recruit a Growth & Marketing Operations Manager to build a modern, performance-driven marketing function as the company expands its network and commercial ambitions.
- The newly created role will own the performance of Simaero's marketing funnel across both B2B airline customers and B2C individual pilot training segments, reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Director from the company's Tremblay-en-France office near Paris.
- The role also encompasses co-ownership of Simaero's pilot community strategy, end-to-end marketing for pilot-facing events, and close alignment with the commercial team to ensure marketing translates into pipeline opportunities.
- Simaero trains over 5,000 pilots annually from 250+ civil and military carriers across 80+ countries.
- In early 2026, the company launched "The Training Standard" podcast and received a HAVELSAN-manufactured Airbus A320neo full flight simulator. The company also partnered with FlyBest Aviation Academy (AAG Indonesia) for A320 type rating training delivered at Simaero China.
