Simtech Aviation Completes ATR Type Ratings for Emerald Airlines New Pilot's

Ireland – Simtech Aviation, the Dublin-based pilot training group and full flight simulator training center operator, has completed ATR Type Ratings for two pilots on behalf of Emerald Airlines (Aer Lingus Regional), with both pilots now progressing through the remaining stages of their airline training pathway.

• Both pilots completed their ATR Type Rating under the instruction of Chief ATR Instructor Captain Seán Hennessy at Simtech Aviation.
• Following type rating completion, both pilots will progress through Base Training, then return to Simtech for their Operator Conversion Course (OCC), before commencing Line Training with Emerald Airlines.

Emerald Airlines operates 12 ATR.
