Prescott, United States – True Course Simulations (TCS), a veteran-owned aviation training technology company, has been awarded the 2025 Arizona Veteran Small Business of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Yavapai College Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
- The award was presented as part of National Small Business Week, recognizing TCS for its contributions to aviation training innovation and its global impact
- Founded in 2018 by U.S. Air Force veteran Brett Watts and Canadian Air Force veteran Raynald Bédard, TCS specializes in developing extended reality flight training simulators and learning programs
- TCS’s simulators are utilized worldwide by clients including military organizations, universities, high schools, and STEM programs in countries such as New Zealand, Australia, India, Singapore, Canada, South Korea, and the United States
- The company has expanded with support from SBA and other federally funded partners, including the Small Business Development Center, Arizona APEX Accelerator Center, and the U.S. Commercial Service
