Simulator Visual Solutions Provider SimVIS Upgrades J-Flight's FDS A320 Simulator with TruVIEW 4K-UHD Laser Visual System

Japan – SimVIS (Simulator Visual Systems), a provider of high-fidelity visual display solutions for flight simulators, has completed the upgrade of J-Flight's FDS A320 fixed-base simulator with its TruVIEW 4K-UHD LASER visual system, delivering a seamless 200x40 degree field of view display powered by three commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) UHD laser projectors.

• The upgrade demonstrates SimVIS's capability to retrofit existing fixed-base simulators with high-fidelity visual systems, enabling training device operators to significantly enhance visual immersion and training realism without the cost of replacing entire simulation platforms.
• The use of three COTS UHD laser projectors rather than proprietary or bespoke projection systems is central to SimVIS's value proposition, reducing both acquisition and lifecycle costs while maintaining seamless blending and high image quality.
