• Skyborne has recently been selected as the official UK partner for British Airways’ Speedbird Pilot Academy, the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy, and the Jet2FlightPath programme — significantly increasing demand for instructor capacity across its UK training network.

• The academy is seeking experienced and ambitious Flight Instructors aligned with its airline-standard training philosophy, modern instructional practices and competency-based training approach.

• Skyborne is offering a competitive compensation package including a £60,000 basic salary, an uncapped bonus scheme, sponsorship for additional ratings, MEP sponsorship, and PIC hour-building support.
