Gloucestershire, United Kingdom – Skyborne Airline Academy is seeking a Multi Pilot Manager (MCC) to oversee its MCC, APS MCC, and MCCI(A) courses. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality multi-crew training, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the ATO’s approved MCC, APS MCC, and MCCI(A) courses
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for multi-crew training
- Define and maintain training standards for MCCI(A) instructors
- Oversee the development and quality of training materials, documentation, and courseware
- Drive continuous improvement to maintain Skyborne’s reputation as a leading training provider
- Manage and develop multi-crew training programs, ensuring they meet the academy’s objectives
- Collaborate with instructors and leadership to optimize training delivery
Candidate Requirements
- UK Part-FCL MCCI(A) qualification (essential)
- EASA Part-FCL MCCI(A) (desirable)
- Previous experience as an instructor and leader in training environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams
- SFI/TRI and SFE/TRE experience (desirable)
- Airline operational experience preferred
What Skyborne Offers
- Full-time, permanent position (40 hours/week, variable shifts)
- Salary: £67,000–£73,000 (dependent on experience)
