Gloucestershire, United Kingdom – Skyborne Airline Academy is seeking a Multi Pilot Manager (MCC) to oversee its MCC, APS MCC, and MCCI(A) courses. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality multi-crew training, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of excellence and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ATO’s approved MCC, APS MCC, and MCCI(A) courses
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for multi-crew training
• Define and maintain training standards for MCCI(A) instructors
• Oversee the development and quality of training materials, documentation, and courseware
• Drive continuous improvement to maintain Skyborne’s reputation as a leading training provider
• Manage and develop multi-crew training programs, ensuring they meet the academy’s objectives
• Collaborate with instructors and leadership to optimize training delivery

Candidate Requirements

• UK Part-FCL MCCI(A) qualification (essential)
• EASA Part-FCL MCCI(A) (desirable)
• Previous experience as an instructor and leader in training environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams
• SFI/TRI and SFE/TRE experience (desirable)
• Airline operational experience preferred
