Gloucestershire, United Kingdom – Skyborne Airline Academy is seeking a Multi Pilot Manager (MCC) to oversee its MCC, APS MCC, and MCCI(A) courses. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality multi-crew training, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of excellence and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the ATO’s approved MCC, APS MCC, and MCCI(A) coursesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements for multi-crew trainingDefine and maintain training standards for MCCI(A) instructorsOversee the development and quality of training materials, documentation, and coursewareDrive continuous improvement to maintain Skyborne’s reputation as a leading training providerManage and develop multi-crew training programs, ensuring they meet the academy’s objectivesCollaborate with instructors and leadership to optimize training delivery

Candidate Requirements

UK Part-FCL MCCI(A) qualification (essential)EASA Part-FCL MCCI(A) (desirable)Previous experience as an instructor and leader in training environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead teamsSFI/TRI and SFE/TRE experience (desirable)Airline operational experience preferred

What Skyborne Offers
