SkyWest Airlines Names Wade Steel as President and Chief Operating Officer

Utah, USA – SkyWest, Inc. (NASDAQ: SKYW) has appointed Wade Steel as President and Chief Operating Officer of SkyWest Airlines, the company's largest operating subsidiary and the biggest regional airline in the United States, responsible for more than 16,000 employees, 2,600 daily departures, and partnerships with four major airlines.

• Mr Steel takes responsibility for SkyWest Airlines' operational and fiscal performance and will continue reporting to Chip Childs, SkyWest, Inc. President and CEO.
• Steel joined SkyWest leadership in 2007, served as Vice President – Controller of SkyWest Airlines from 2011 to 2014, was named Executive Vice President of SkyWest, Inc. in 2014, and became Chief Commercial Officer in 2015, where he was instrumental in the airline's fleet transition and evolution.
• Bryce Bailey has been named Vice President of Commercial Contracts, overseeing vendor and commercial agreements, reporting to Steel. Mr Bailey joined SkyWest in 2011 and was named Managing Director of Planning in 2021.
• SkyWest Airlines operates a fleet of 500 aircraft connecting passengers to over 260 destinations across North America through partnerships with United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, and Alaska Airlines, carrying 46 million passengers in 2025.
