Smartflyer Highlights New Partnerships FlyGreen24 and NEO3D as well as Upcoming Aero Asia Attendance

Global– Smartflyer will participate in AERO Asia from 27–30 November, engaging with flight schools, operators, suppliers, and regulators across the Asia-Pacific region. The team will share program milestones for its hybrid-electric trainer, its upcoming ground- and flight-test campaign, and opportunities for training use cases and regional partnerships. The prototype will not be on display, as it is currently being prepared for ground tests.

The training aircraft manufacturer has also highlighted new partnerships:

• Partnership with FlyGreen24 - Smartflyer has entered a collaboration with FlyGreen24 to give general-aviation pilots and operators a practical way to calculate flight emissions and reduce them via Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) contributions and verified climate projects. The partnership prioritizes transparent reporting and actionable steps to lower lifecycle emissions in training and operations. This collaboration—along with the NEO3D partnership—was announced publicly at Electrifly-In Switzerland.
• Partnership with NEO3D - With cutting-edge 3D-printing technology, NEO3D delivers lightweight, precise components for Smartflyer’s SF-1 hybrid-electric aircraft, improving overall efficiency. The company brings many years of experience from the medical and automotive sectors—where maximum precision and quality are essential—and is now applying this expertise to the sustainable transformation of aviation.
