Thailand – Vietjet Thailand (Thai Vietjet Air / TVJ) has welcomed its 2026 Student Pilot Program intake, selected from almost 500 candidates, in partnership with Bangkok Aviation Center (BAC) as the airline's training partner for ab-initio pilot development.

The TVJ Student Pilot Program 2026 intake was introduced during an engagement session led by Alvin Liew, Vice President of Safety & Training at Vietjet Thailand, alongside the airline's People Department, Training Department, and Bangkok Aviation Center.
Liew emphasised that aviation safety remains Vietjet Thailand's top priority, with the Student Pilot Program playing a central role in the airline's sustainable growth strategy. He highlighted that the Boeing 737-8 (MAX) fleet supports improved fuel efficiency and reduced environmental impact alongside the highest safety standards.
Bangkok Aviation Center, a Bangkok-based pilot training academy, serves as Vietjet Thailand's training partner for the cadet program.
