Vietnam – Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VJC) has reported consolidated revenue of VND 51,536 billion (approximately $2.05 billion USD) and after-tax profit of VND 1,372 billion (approximately $54.5 million USD) for H1 2026 — up 44% year-over-year and achieving 64.5% of the annual plan — alongside an aircraft order book exceeding 600 Airbus and Boeing aircraft targeted for delivery by 2030 and the ongoing scale-up of Vietjet Aviation Academy to international training standards.

The airline transported over 13.4 million passengers on 72,000 flights in H1 2026, with cargo volume of nearly 41,000 tons.
The airline has total orders for over 600 Airbus and Boeing aircraft, targeted for delivery by 2030, placing Vietjet among the Asia-Pacific region's largest single fleet order books. During H1 2026, Vietjet signed agreements for Pratt & Whitney GTF engines to power 44 Airbus A320neo aircraft and arranged financing for 12 Boeing 737-8 aircraft.
Vietjet Aviation Academy has delivered 9,662 courses to more than 99,000 trainees including pilots, flight attendants, engineers, and dispatchers, with training partnerships including:
- F AIR flight school (Czech Republic)
- Hillsboro Aero Academy (USA)
- Airworks Aviation Academy (Philippines)
- Perkasa Flight School (Indonesia)
The integrated aviation group model spans passenger transport (Vietjet, Vietjet Thailand, Vietjet Qazaqstan), cargo, ground handling via AirportNEO (recently launched at Vietnam's largest airports), aircraft engineering and MRO (in preparation for launch), and financial services.
Vietjet total assets reached VND 149,093 billion (approximately $5.93 billion USD) at end of June 2026, with a net debt-to-equity ratio of 2.37x and liquidity ratio of 1.36x. The airline contributed over VND 3,950 billion (approximately $157 million USD) to the Vietnamese state budget in H1 2026.
