Southeast Asian University and Flight School Sign Training Aircraft Rental MoU in 2025

Philippines – OMNI Aviation and Holy Angel University - Aviation Institute (HAU-AVI) have formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the rental of a Cessna 152 aircraft, reinforcing their collaboration to enhance aviation training and education in the Philippines.

• The agreement, signed on October 8, 2025, will allow OMNI Aviation to lease a Cessna 152 to HAU-AVI for student flight training and instructional purposes.

• This collaboration follows other similar MOAs by OMNI to promote resource-sharing models between flight schools and universities to meet rising training demand.
