Spain’s FlyBy Appoints Pedro Carlos Pavesi as Business Development Director

One of Spain’s largest flight training organisations FlyBy, headquartered in Burgos, has shared through its CEO Alex Alvarez that it has appointed Pedro Carlos Pavesi as Business Development Director.
