Spain – EASA Approved Training Organisation Flyschool Air Academy welcomed three new student intakes to its Madrid-Cuatro Vientos base on September 15, 2026, with the cohorts beginning the academy’s Integrated ATPL pathway toward commercial pilot qualifications.
- Spain’s aviation regulator AESA lists Flyschool under approval E-ATO-207, formally held by Airpilot Escuela de Vuelo, S.L., with approved training bases at Madrid-Cuatro Vientos and Son Bonet in Mallorca. Its approved syllabus includes Integrated ATPL, modular ATPL, CPL, instrument, multi-engine, Advanced UPRT, MCC and APS MCC training.
- Flyschool describes its Integrated ATPL pathway as an 18–24 month training program. The academy’s published training structure exceeds the regulatory minimums, with 236 total flight and simulator hours and 1,200 hours of theoretical instruction stated in its course information.
- The new cohorts join an operation that reported 20 active training aircraft across its Madrid and Mallorca bases, supported by its own maintenance capability.
- Flyschool has also expanded its synthetic training capacity. AFM previously reported that the academy had six simulators in 2025 and subsequently added a Boeing 737 MAX training device supplied by FTD.aero at Cuatro Vientos, complementing its existing Airbus and general aviation simulator infrastructure.
- AFM previously reported that Flyschool acquired its third ALSIM AL250 in 2024 for PPL, CPL and instrument training, while its simulator portfolio also includes an Entrol A32 FNPT II MCC device based on the Airbus A320 cockpit.
