Spanish Airline Launches 2026 First Officer Hiring for A320 Fleet

Spain – Vueling Airlines has opened recruitment for First Officer (A320) positions for 2026, offering an entry point into its pilot workforce based at Viladecans – Barcelona. Requirements:

• First Officer with a Spanish EASA licence (will be required before the start of the Operator Conversion Course).
• Class 1 medical certificate
• English language proficiency Level 4 ICAO or higher (will be required prior to the commencement of the Operator Conversion Course)
• ATPL (frozen or unfrozen)
• 200 Factorized Vueling Hours
