23rd Jan 2026

Spain – One Air Aviation, a leading EASA-approved flight training organization based in Málaga, has been confirmed as the launch customer in Spain for the new Tecnam P2008JC NG (Next Generation) aircraft. The agreement includes four units, with deliveries set to begin in Q2 2026.

  • The P2008JC NG features the Rotax 912 iSc fuel-injected engine and Garmin G3X Touch flight deck, offering improved efficiency, reduced emissions, and advanced training capability for ab-initio pilot training.

  • One Air currently operates eight Tecnam P2008JC MkII Premium and one P2006T MkII aircraft, and also owns the world’s only Tecnam P2008JC replica simulator, enhancing simulator-to-cockpit transition.

  • The new aircraft will support One Air’s environmentally sustainable training model and strengthen its modern training fleet, already considered among the most advanced in Europe.

  • The investment includes expansion of One Air’s maintenance center to support increased fleet capacity and flight hour availability.
