Spain - EAS Barcelona (European Aviation School), a flight school based in Barcelona, has taken delivery of the first of six new Tecnam P2006T NG aircraft scheduled to join its training fleet this year.
The remaining five aircraft are expected to arrive progressively over the next three months. Once all six units have been delivered, the investment will significantly expand the academy’s multi-engine training capacity and support its growing number of domestic and international student pilots, becoming the largest operator in Spain for this type of aircraft.
The new-generation twin-engine aircraft feature a modern glass cockpit and an advanced training environment designed to help students develop the technical and operational skills required for the next stages of professional pilot training.
EAS Barcelona operates an EASA-approved training centre in Barcelona, Spain, delivering integrated and modular professional pilot training programmes to students from Europe and international markets.
