Spanish LCC Launches 2026 First Officer Recruitment Drive – FFS Training Center Positioning for Type Rating Pathway

Spain – Global pilot training group BAA Training has announced that the 2026 pilot‑recruitment season for Vueling is now open, and is encouraging candidates to leverage the BAA Training A320 Type Rating programme to strengthen their applications.

BAA Training emphasises the value of its A320 Type Rating offering, noting “100+ cadets trained for Vueling last year through our A320 type rating program.” BAA Training operates a full flight simulator training center in Barcelona with two A320 and one B737MAX full flight simulator as well as a number of A320 and B737MAX FTD.
