Spain – The University of Salamanca (USAL) and the Official College of Pilots of Commercial Aviation (COPAC) have signed a memorandum of understanding to promote collaboration in training, academics, outreach, and research — an agreement that reinforces Adventia, the university's aeronautical school, at a time of growing demand for highly qualified aviation professionals.

The MOU was signed by USAL Rector Juan Manuel Corchado and COPAC Dean Carlos San José, establishing a formal framework for collaboration between Spain's established collegiate pilot training institution and the country's professional pilot association.
The agreement covers four areas of cooperation: training, academics, outreach, and research — creating pathways for Adventia students and COPAC members to benefit from shared resources, professional development opportunities, and industry-academic linkages.
For Adventia, the MOU strengthens its positioning within Spain's professional pilot training landscape by connecting its university-based training programs with the representative body for Spain's commercial aviation
