Texas, USA – Spartan Education Group (SEG), a U.S.-based flight and aviation maintenance training group, is seeking to recruit a Flight Operations Director for its Spartan Flight Academy campus in Grand Prairie, Texas, offering a salary range of US$80,000–90,000 for the full-time position.

• The Flight Operations Director will serve as a central coordination point between students, employees, leadership, and external partners, overseeing daily flight school operations, financial tracking, regulatory compliance, and communication across campus and flight training partners.
• Key responsibilities include oversight of student billing and scholarship fund management, FAA regulatory file maintenance, purchase order processing, flight partner invoicing, monitoring enrolment and retention trends, and supervision of dispatcher and flight line technician teams.
• The role requires; minimum of three years of administrative leadership or operational support experience, preferably in aviation, higher education, or a regulated environment. A high school diploma is required with an associate's degree preferred.
