Superior Flight School Expands MzeroA Partnership with FAA-Approved Online CFI Ground School

Georgia, USA – FAA Part 141 flight training provider Superior Flight School has expanded its existing partnership with aviation courseware provider MzeroA Online Ground School to introduce an FAA-approved, self-paced online ground school for its Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) program. Announced on October 26, 2026, the addition enables students to complete required theoretical instruction remotely while continuing practical flight training at the academy's Kennesaw facility.

• The expansion brings MzeroA's online ground training offering at Superior Flight School to four FAA Part 141 programs: Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor.
• The new CFI ground school covers the relevant FAA Airman Certification Standards (ACS) subject areas, supporting preparation for written knowledge examinations and practical evaluations through scenario-based lessons and FAA-style examination simulators.
• Students can access the course remotely, progress at their own pace and repeat lessons as required. In-person ground instruction remains available for students requiring additional support from flight instructors.
• Superior Flight School is positioning the asynchronous format towards working professionals and pilots building flight hours who may be unable to attend fixed classroom sessions. The academy expects the approach to provide greater scheduling flexibility and reduce training costs.
• AFM previously reported that Superior Flight School and MzeroA participated in an introductory aviation training initiative in May 2026, combining online Private Pilot ground school access with practical flight and simulator experience. The companies' original ground school partnership dates to April 2024, when Superior selected MzeroA for its FAA Part 141 courses.
