Green Flight Academy, a flight school established in 2021 that conducts flight training with a modern aircraft fleet from Skellefteå Airport, one of the world’s first fossil-free airports, is hiring Flight & Theory Instructor. Please see an extract of the job post below.

"You will train the school's students in both theory and flight according to the school's manuals. The position also includes training administration, development of training material and continuous improvement work with quality and training efficiency in focus.

Job Responsibilities

• Train the school's students in both theory and flight
• Documentation and training administration related to the school's courses
• Development of training material and participation in continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Having served as a flight and/or theory instructor at a flight school training for commercial certificates and/or having served as an instructor within an airline. Applicants who wish to teach both theory and flight and have experience in administrative positions within flight schools are welcome to apply.
• For the right candidate, further training to additional instructor ratings may be possible.
• Hold at least a CPL with FI
• IRI, CRI ME, FII, MCCI, TRI are highly desirable
• Previous experience in administrative positions in flight training is an advantage
• Good language skills in English
• Possibility of weekly commuting available. Accommodation in Skellefteå can be arranged."
