Switzerland & Germany - Swiss simulator manufacturer Brunner Elektronik AG will exhibit mixed reality flight training devices at two upcoming European aviation events, presenting its military-focused NOVASIM MR F35 at Military Flight Training in Lucerne from 31 March to 2 April, and its EASA-qualified NOVASIM MR DA42 at AERO Friedrichshafen from 22 to 25 April, in both cases as a co-exhibitor alongside technology partner Varjo.

  • At Military Flight Training in Lucerne, Switzerland (31 March – 2 April), Brunner will present the NOVASIM MR F35, a high-end mixed reality training device targeting military aviation training requirements. The event brings together key military aviation training delegates and positions Brunner to demonstrate its simulation capability to defence-sector decision-makers on home ground in Switzerland.
  • At AERO Friedrichshafen (22–25 April), Brunner will showcase the NOVASIM MR DA42 — the world's first EASA-qualified mixed reality FNPT II flight training device. The DA42 device combines physical cockpit hardware interaction with full-immersion mixed reality visuals, enabling regulatory-compliant training that delivers enhanced immersion and real-world transfer compared to conventional simulator formats.
  • Both devices are presented in partnership with Varjo, whose XR headset technology underpins the mixed reality visual systems across Brunner's NOVASIM platform.
