Switzerland’s AELO Academy Launches 2026 Recruitment for IFR Instructors

Switzerland – AELO Swiss Academy, a European-based flight training group, has announced a recruitment drive for qualified EASA Instrument Rating Instructors (IRI) with strong IFR experience to join its instructional team in 2026.

• The academy is offering both full-time and 15-days-on / 15-days-off rotation contracts to suit varying instructor availability.
• Positions come with a competitive remuneration package and are based at AELO’s training centre in Locarno.
• Only instructors holding a valid EASA IRI rating and demonstrable IFR instructional background will be considered.
• The move supports AELO’s ongoing operational expansion and increasing student throughput following prior fleet investments and simulator installations in 2025.
