Textron Appoints Otis’s CFO Cristina Méndez to Board of Directors

USA – Textron Inc., a leading global aerospace and defense company and parent of aircraft brands such as Cessna, Beechcraft, and Bell, has announced the appointment of Cristina Méndez to its Board of Directors, effective February 15, 2026. Méndez currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Otis Worldwide Corporation.

• Méndez will support Textron’s global growth and strategic oversight, particularly as the company continues to expand its aviation portfolio through Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft manufacturing and global defense programmes via Bell.
