Texas, USA – Thrust Flight, a leading U.S. aviation training provider and home of the Zero Time to Airline® program, announced the expansion of Thrust AeroHub, its proprietary AI adaptive learning management system. Thrust AeroHub was created to help student pilots study more effectively and move through training with greater confidence.
Since its beta launch in November 2025, the platform has been adopted across all five Thrust Flight campuses and integrated into five FAA Part 141 courses. Nearly 300 students are currently using the system. Early results show a 14% reduction in private pilot training hours and a 9% improvement in first-time checkride pass rates, with early progress appearing in instrument and commercial courses.
“Flight training has always required discipline, repetition and strong instruction, but every student learns differently,” said Patrick Arnzen, CEO of Thrust Flight. “We built this platform to give students a more personal way to study. It helps them spend more time on the areas where they need support and less time repeating material they already know.”
Thrust AeroHub uses AI to adjust study paths based on each student’s performance. It identifies knowledge gaps, changes lesson progression and gives students a clearer view of what they need to work on before they step into the airplane or sit for a checkride. For instructors, the platform provides better visibility into student progress, making it easier to spot where a student may be struggling and provide support earlier in the training process.
Thrust Flight plans to expand the platform throughout 2026 with more course integrations, deeper performance analytics and broader access for students.
Starting today, Thrust Flight will launch a limited freemium offer tied to the Thrust AeroHub.
