Italy– At the MFT 2025 conference, Grob Aircraft’s Chief Sales Officer Karl Fuernrohr (Charly) presented the company’s hybrid training vision that merges analog flying foundations with digital simulation tools. With a focus on preparing military pilots for increasingly complex missions, Grob highlighted how its training ecosystem bridges classroom instruction with operational realities.
“In an increasingly contested airspace, the ability to train realistically and effectively is mission-critical,”stated Karl Fuernrohr during his address.Grob’s VR simulator solution enables a dynamic training environment that connects theoretical learning with real-time decision-making.“Our VR Simulator bridges the gap between theoretical instruction and operational readiness, offering a dynamic platform for next-generation aviators,”he explained.Fuernrohr drew on his personal background as an analog fighter pilot to stress the value of merging traditional skills with advanced tools.“We developed an aircraft that stays true to its analog foundations while seamlessly integrating cutting-edge technology and a sophisticated ground training package,”he added.Grob Aircraft presented alongside global aerospace and training leaders including Boeing, Airbus, BAE Systems, CAE, Pilatus, and others.
