Türkiye – Turkish Airlines Captain and Quality Assurance Auditor Uğur Demiröz has reported the completion of a two-day inspection at HAVELSAN's Ankara campus on September 2-3, 2026. The activity comes as Turkish Airlines expands both its HAVELSAN simulator fleet and its wider flight-training infrastructure. Turkish Airlines and HAVELSAN already operate a Turkish Airlines training facility within HAVELSAN's Ankara premises. The center was established in 2023 following qualification of HAVELSAN-built Boeing 737 MAX simulators, with the facility also housing a Boeing 737NG full flight simulator.
