Turkiye – Following the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) formalized during this year’s European Aviation Training Summit, Atlantic Flight Academy (AFA) has now entered into a contract with Simnest Aviation for the acquisition of a Simnest A320 FNPT II MCC simulator.

With the addition of the high-fidelity Simnest FNPT II MCC device, AFA will further expand its training portfolio and capacity. The simulator will primarily be used for APS MCC courses and specific phases of AFA’s airline MPL programs, supporting cadets in developing real airline cockpit competencies.

The Simnest A320 FNPT II MCC will also serve as a strategic demonstrational platform in Türkiye, supporting Simnest Aviation’s expansion in Türkiye and across the region. The simulator is scheduled to be installed in Q2 2026 at AFA’s Istanbul base, while both companies continue to explore further steps to strengthen their partnership.
