UAE-based Emirates is Searching for a Simulator Fleet Manager in 2025

Dubai, United Arab Emirates– Emirates Flight Training Facilities, the full flight simulator training center of Emirates, is seeking a Simulator Fleet Manager – Flight Training Facilities to oversee its advanced flight simulator fleet and ensure that the training devices for the Airbus and Boeing fleet meet the airline’s training objectives and regulatory standards.

The Technical Manager will lead a team of Senior Engineers responsible for the configuration, updates, and quality control of the simulator fleet and associated training devices.The role involves:Monitoring simulator availability, reliability, and operational performance.Managing updates to simulators based on fleet safety and training requirements.Overseeing certification processes with international regulatory authorities.Liaising with Emirates Engineering, Flight Training, Flight Operations, aircraft suppliers, and avionics suppliers.Managing budgets, project lifecycles, and technical documentation for training devices.Keeping simulator technology aligned with aircraft developments and industry training philosophies.The position requires:Degree-level education with at least 8 years’ experience full flight simulator maintenanceProven experience managing technical projects and implementing new technical solutions.Strong flight simulation technical background and understanding of regulatory compliance.Emirates offers an attractive tax-free salary, travel benefits, healthcare, transport benefits, and life insurance for this management role.
