UAE-based Pilot Training Organization Pier Seven Aviation is Seeking A320 SFI/SFE Instructors

Sharjah, United ArabEmirates – based full flight simulator training center Pier Seven Aviation and a GCAA and EASA-approved training provider is seeking candidates for freelancer and permanent A320 Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) and Synthetic Flight Examiners (SFE) positions as it hints of expansion “Our global footprint shall soon spread to the Asia Pacific region“.

For the SFI / SFE position the following candidate criteria needs to be matched:

Candidate Profile

Must hold a valid GCAA (UAE) licensePossess a current SFI/SFE rating with relevant A320 training experience in the last 2 yearsMinimum 1,500 PIC hours on the A320 and 3,000 total flying hoursICAO English Level 5 proficiencyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to adapt teaching methods to a diverse, global client base

Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre/post flight simulator briefings in line with GCAA standardsDeliver simulator sessions using the relevant SOPs (Aircraft Manufacturer, ATO, or client)Provide aircraft systems instruction in classroom settingsInstruct simulator flight sessions for licenses, type ratings, and certificationsAssist with courseware development to ensure up-to-date and client-relevant contentMaintain accurate and comprehensive client training recordsSupport the Training Manager with assigned duties
