UAE-based Pilot Training Organization Pier Seven Aviation Launches Human Factors-Focused PHIT Program with $20,000 in Pilot Scholarships

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates - based full flight simulator training center Pier Seven Aviation in partnership with Airman's Ground Academy and Women in Aviation International, has announced the launch of its Pilot Health Intelligence Training™ (PHIT) program, along with five fully funded scholarships valued at a total of $20,000 for airline pilots.

• The PHIT™ program is a first-of-its-kind initiative focusing on emotional intelligence and neuroscience-driven decision-making, addressing human factors responsible for up to 80% of aviation incidents.

• The training is aimed at preparing pilots for the evolving demands of modern flight decks, particularly with the increasing role of AI and Advanced Air Mobility systems.

• Unlike traditional Crew Resource Management (CRM) training, PHIT™ is designed with a practical approach led by experts with combined aviation and clinical psychology backgrounds.

• The scholarship will cover full program participation costs for five selected airline pilots.

• Registration is now open, with the first five successful applicants to receive the scholarship.

Pier Seven Aviation operates a fleet of six dynamic simulators, including the A320 NEO, A320 CEO, B737 CL, B737 NG, and B747.
